A donation of the Korff foundation enabled the county youth welfare department Pfaffenhofen into the situation to realise a novel project. In the "City of Hallertown" which is administered by children the true life is grasped playfully and tried out. Through this the concealed artistic talents of the participating children can also be promoted. In particular the children should discover their interest in the "Fine arts of life" through their participation in the areas of painting, photography and amateur play. It is also done as a youth development work for the cultural offer of the administrative district Pfaffenhofen.
