The Philippines: education for ethnic minority children

In 2011, for the first time given tuition for the children and foster children in the immediate vicinity of the project farm in the mountains of Negros a Filipino Maninoy member. Predominantly English and mathematics was taught.
The quality of education decreases with the distance to major towns and cities. In the mountains of Negros, the educational level is particularly weak, always fall out of school hours, due to lack of teachers or teachers for various reasons are not present. The school children, however, are very inquisitive and came in large numbers (some up to 15 children) to the tutoring. 2012 introduced a Maninoy-coaching intern from Germany with great commitment.
